“Professional service is a privilege."

CKW new headshot.jpg

I am a wife, a mother, a Realtor, and a community volunteer. I love to read, take long walks and spend time with friends. I pride myself on throwing a great party and cooking, however I must admit that no one has asked me for my recipes in quite a while!

I’ve resided in San Francisco and in the same house for the past 28 years. Undeniably, many of my clients have stayed in their homes as long as I have. I am confident my clients trust that I take care of the transaction and their personal needs the same way I would my own family. I am there every step of the way to make the experience a pleasant one.

I pride myself on negotiating expertly for Sellers and Buyers and I love helping people settle into their next phase of life, wherever that takes them.  I have weathered six recessions, from times where interest rates soared in the high double digits to bull markets where anything and everything sells with no problem. The effects these stages have had on the real estate market have been historic and I learn from every bench mark. Each phase has been new and challenging and I understand the importance of staying relevant to the market trends and with clients. The sentiment of prioritizing professional service has always been the foundation of who I am as a Broker, and something that I practice with my partner and son, David Werboff, every day.
